What Sets Us Apart

We are certainly an ambitious bunch.~

To bring together an international team under one unified purpose so hastily is certainly no small task - we are NOT small people.

We are dedicated under one unifying and ambitious goal: To create a unique, emotionally compelling VN that everyone can find some way to relate to.~

Coda: Of Love and Composition is a strange bird, embracing many classic VN rules, dispatching others, and rewriting brand new standards.

I personally guarantee you that CoLoCo will be something new, fresh, and visceral, while still maintaining a solid grounding in what ultimately draws so many people to the world of Visual Novels:

THE FEELS~~

Ah yes, The Feels. So fleetingly found, yet so often disbursed among us. To be frank (though personally, I'd rather be Abe), Nothing really hits you as hard as the feels.

And CoLoCo will be abundant with feels.

Please Abe, tell us more about CoLoCo! Don't continue to keep us in the dark!

Ultimately, CoLoCo is a thrust into a more personal and tangible VN world. A world where even minor characters tend to leave a major impact, though you may not realize it at first.

WAIT A MINUTE ABE! YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT CoLoCo DOESN'T TAKE PLACE IN JAPAN?!?!

Well Timmy, to be blunt...

CoLoCo does NOT take place in Japan.

*Coughs* Now, as I was saying... Woodland, a moderately-sized town nestled in the forests of the beautiful state of New York. Essential to the location are several things:

• Woodland University - A decently upper-level undergraduate and graduate degree school, known for it's lovely campus.
• The Old-Town - The outer rims of the town of Woodland, known for a rustic look.
• Downtown - Urban Woodland, a thriving center of buildings and people. Large music scene, very hip. ;)
• The Forests - Ah yes, the Forests. Where do you think the town got its name? 
• Many, many more locations.

Throughout the stories of CoLoCo, readers will assume several roles, experience multiple plot-lines, engage themselves in a world that is intertwined with the paths around it, and ultimately become engrossed, delving deep into their own hearts.

Some Key Points in CoLoCo:

• A believable, connected world.
• Characters dealing with true issues, true problems, and true hearts.
• Breaking of norms - Life isn't always happy for some... likewise things seem to always go right for others.
• A wide variety of choices - Intertwining paths and ideas really bring the world of CoLoCo together. You WILL feel like your choices in PATH A truly make a difference in PATH B (C,D, etc...)
• Themes and ideas - CoLoCo is being created for YOU, the readers. You dedicate your time to following us, and us such we dedicate our time to creating something wonderful for you. Expect quality writing and themes. :)
